HiPP Goat Milk Stage 3 Organic Baby Formula - Dutch 400g

Featuring organic goat milk from HiPP, HiPP Dutch Goat Stage 3 is a nutritionally complete goat milk based toddler formula for babies aged 12 months and older. You can use HiPP Dutch Goat Stage 3 alongside breast feeding, while weaning your baby off of breast milk, or as a complete meal substitute to breast milk. This formula is the perfect follow on from HiPP Dutch Goat Stage 2 and HiPP Dutch Goat Stage 1.

Unlike cow's milk formulas, a goat formula is typically easier to digest because it has lower levels of lactose than comparable cow's formulas. Crucially, this formula is still lactose based meaning that lactose remains the primary carbohydrate in this formula and doesn't have any sugar or corn syrup for its carbohydrate composition.

To promote healthy bone development, HiPP Dutch Goat Stage 3 is fortified with additional calcium. This clean formula also contains prebiotics and lactose-based galacto-oligossacharides that help boost your toddler's gut microbiome and supports an stronger immune system. To help with eye and brain development, HiPP Dutch Goat Stage 3 contains naturally occurring ALA and DHA Omega 3, unlike many other comparable goat milk formulas.

If your baby is particularly sensitive to cow's milk formulas, this goat milk formula should definitely be given some consideration, especially since it is based off of A2 goats milk which is easier to digest than cow's milk. Each shelf-stable can of HiPP Dutch Goat Stage 3 contains 400 grams (14 oz) of formula powder, which yields approximately 100 fluid ounces of prepared formula.

1. Contains DHA (as required by law for all infant formulas) DHA belongs to the omega-3 fatty acid family.

Preparation for all powdered formulas (also consistent with US FDA guidelines):

1. Boil water and allow water to cool down to 120 degrees Fahrenheit (50 °C)
2. Pour in 2/3 of the total necessary amount of boiled water into a clean and sterilized bottle
3. Using the scoop provided with your formula (as scoop sizes vary by brand), and add the correct number of leveled scoops of powder (1 leveled scoop of powder per 1 oz / 30ml of water)
4. Close the bottle with the nipple and cap and shake vigorously to mix
5. Add the remaining 1/3 of the water to the bottle and shake again
6. Cool to drinking temperature (approximately 98 degrees Fahrenheit or ~ 37 °C) and ALWAYS test the temperature of the milk before feeding to avoid scalding or burning of your little one

NOTE: Although many users reported no negative consequences in using distilled water without boiling it, we do not recommend this approach, as per US FDA guidelines.

Please Note:

• Once the inner foil bag containing your formula has been opened, use it within 2-3 weeks. Do not store in areas with high humidity or heat.
• Please consume the formula within one hour of its preparation. Any unused prepared formula should be discarded within one hour.
