Free Shipping on All Orders

We are proud to offer free shipping on all our products!

  • Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Single items are shipped via USPS and UPS, with delivery times ranging from 2 to 5 business days.
  • International Shipping (Including Canada): Enjoy free international shipping via UPS. Delivery times typically range from 2 to 4 weeks.

Shipping Carriers

  • U.S. Domestic Orders: We ship all domestic orders using USPS.
  • International Orders: International orders are shipped via UPS for reliable delivery.

Shipping Cutoff Times

To ensure fast processing, orders received before our daily cutoff time are processed and shipped on the same day, provided they are approved by our credit department and queued by the warehouse.

  • Cutoff Time: 7:00 a.m. PT, Monday to Saturday
  • Orders placed after the cutoff time will likely ship the following business day.

Signature Confirmation

For your convenience, we do not require signature confirmation for deliveries.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Please email us at hello@euromallusa.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item for verification.
  2. We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and schedule a pickup.
  3. Once the product is returned, we’ll ship a replacement immediately if it’s in stock. If not, a full refund will be processed, and the credit will appear on your account within 72 hours.

Incorrect Product Received

We sincerely apologize for any mistakes in your order. To resolve this:

  1. Contact us at hello@euromallusa.com with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item received.
  2. We’ll send a return shipping label and schedule a courier pickup.
  3. If the correct item is available, it will be shipped to you promptly upon receiving the incorrect item. If unavailable, we’ll issue a refund within 72 hours.

Return Policy

Need to return your order? We’re here to help!

  1. Email hello@euromallusa.com with your order number and a photo if the product is damaged.
  2. A prepaid return label will be sent to you, and we’ll schedule a pickup for the item.
  3. Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the return.

Customs and Duties for Canadian Orders

For orders shipped to Canada, please note:

  • All customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. They are determined by the customs office in your region.
