Always spoon-feed the porridge and prepare it fresh for each meal. Do not heat the milk porridge in the microwave to avoid the risk of scalding.
Step-by-Step Preparation Guide:
- Select Water and Porridge Powder: Choose the quantity based on your baby's age and appetite, as indicated in the dosage table below.
- Boil Water: Use fresh water for each meal. Boil the water and let it cool down to approximately 50°C.
- Add Porridge Powder: Measure the powder according to the table and add it to a porridge plate.
- Mix with Boiled Water: Measure the boiled water as per the table, add it to the porridge powder, and stir thoroughly.
- Allow Swelling: Let the mixture swell until it reaches the desired consistency.
- Check Temperature: Ensure the porridge is at a safe temperature before feeding, using a thermometer if needed.
